Sony inc is a Japanese multinational company that was founded in in1946 and it’s headquartered in Konan, Minato, Tokyo. The company is one of the largest companies in the world as manufacturers of electronic products and video games consoles. Sony is the second-largest record and video game publishing company. Sony is also one of the most comprehensive media companies that operate worldwide.

In 2015, Sony was the fifth-largest television manufacturer company in the world by sales figures. About 50% market share in the image sensor market. The company released 55 inches television that price $2,500.

Only Sony can operate unlimited entertainment in these ways.” The mission statement highlights the importance of the client’s needs and it also shows what does for customers.   2. Inspires and fulfils the clients curiosity. 

In this mission statement, Sony company focuses on customers curiosity that means what things customers want in the future. The company wants to provide the best service for its customers so that customers can be satisfied. Sony believes that to fulfil customers’ curiosity and needs is most important. Sony joined with the telecommunications company Ericsson for the first time in 2001. Sony Ericsson losses in 2001 and 2002 but in 2003 the company reached a profit. Sony makes their mobile phone different from its competitors, especially cameras. In 2007  Sony Ericsson faced intense competition from Apple’s iPhone. Sony was the fourth-largest mobile phone manufacturer company in the world in 2009.
